Kal-H2O will be the company that would own the water infrastructure. This company will be a government owned company, and therefore will be required by law to make the cost of water/sewage resources as reasonable as possible. Kal-H2O will clean the water, and provide it to the customers. They will also treat and clean the water from sewage systems. The feces collected from the sewage will be used to provide fertilizer, and fuel algae. The fertilizer will be sold to companies that would make their own brand of fertilizer that they can sell to the end consumer. Fueling for algae will be intended for algae based bio-fuels which will be needed for aircraft. This ethanol fuel will be sold directly airports for a profit. It will be these profits that would allow Kal-H2O to sell the water and sewage services to customers for a lower price.
