Roads and bridges will be allowed for any person to use them, and travel. Vehicle owners will pay a registration fee, and any fuel costs that they may have. This will not only include gasoline, but electric as well. Within the cities, the city is in charge of naming public streets. However, there will be toll roads that would cost, and provide faster routes to get from point A to point B. There will be longer traveled roads that would also take you to point B, but they will take longer, and be free.
Bridges will never have tolls unless they are on toll roads. The exits of these roads will require a RF device on the left bottom corner of the windshield. This RF device will identify the owner, and therefore bill the owner from their bank account.
